Common Problems with Linear Guide

1.    After operation for a period of time, it may be found that the track of the linear guide has impression, and the sliding block steel ball cracking, what is the reason?

Generally, due to excessive load, the steel ball leaves the track, resulting in steel ball cracking and continuous damage to the track. It can operate to remove and replace the slider of a larger level, such as 20, replace it with 25, or increase the number of the slider, reduce the external load, change the installation method to reduce the bearing capacity of one side. If the reason comes from lubrication, you can try to choose another lubricating oil, increase the amount of lubricating oil, and reduce the wetting distance. Be sure to often check whether there are dirty things into, if there are dirty things into the need to improve the sealing parts, or add dustproof parts.

2.    Why does the steel ball fall out after the slider operates for a period of time?

 Iron pin falling from bead groove leads to steel ball damage at the end of the service life, so that the surface of the steel is tired and overloaded, perhaps because of too much load, incorrect installation or only one side to bear the force distance, these conditions may lead to steel ball fall off.

3.    After the slider walks for a period of time, it is found that the bearing end cover and end antifouling are deformed or cracked?

If the installation method is wrong, there will be only one side of the sliding block and the track to bear the force, and it may also be damaged by external forces, resulting in deformation or cracking of the bearing end cover and end antifouling. If the internal slider is poor, it can change the antifouling system, replace other lubricating oil, add lubricating oil, and reduce the wetting time interval. During installation, attention should be paid to the difficulty of installation perspective, and the improvement of product configuration needs to be installed by professional technical engineers to avoid harm to the linear guide slider.
