During the operation of the equipment, a large number of corrosive dust and smoke will be generated during the processing of the workpiece, and these smoke and dust will be deposited on the surface of the guide rail and linear axis for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion spots on the surface of the guide linear axis, shortening the service life of the equipment.

In order to make the machine normal and stable work, to ensure the processing quality of products, to do a good job of guide rail, straight spindle daily maintenance.

Note: please prepare dry cotton cloth and lubricating oil for cleaning linear guide rail.

First of all, move the laser head to the right (or left), find the linear guide rail, wipe it with dry cotton cloth until it is bright and dustless, add a little oil (sewing machine oil can be used, do not use oil), and slowly push the laser head around several times, so that the oil is evenly distributed.
